Cesar Ranuschio has been a business owner since he was 18, building long-standing relationships in the community through hard work, honesty, and referrals. After years of running a successful business, he expanded into real estate, earning his license to help people buy and sell both cars and homes.

Cesar is passionate about guiding clients into their dream home with care and clarity. Born to an Argentinian family, he’s fluent in Spanish and proud to pass the language on to his two daughters, who attend a local school in Santa Clarita.
